WatchToday I started working out with the A-Team. After a weekend of work and fun, I figured I was due for a trip to the gym. I’m a bit more excited this time around because I’m going with a few people. All said and done, I think this experience will force me to get into shape.

1 ounce of 3% milk, is better than 1/4 ounce of 35% whipped cream. how you like 'dem apples?
W: yeah but man, if you get a macchiato, it's like the size of a latte, but with foam, but if you don't get foam and just steamed milk, you're getting more milk, compared to the small size of just the espresso
H: uh uh uh
W: lol
H: i said a double espresso with an ounce of 3% steamed whole milk. that's 3 ounces of fluid, one of them being dairy. i didn't say a mochacino .... i said macchiato
and you call yourself a barrista ..... pfft
W: lol, a small is a single shot, a medium is a double, and a large is three single shots - so ur double espresso is essentially two short singles
anyways... London Fogs and Caps are what I like - simple, little extra fat
H: if you're serving 'TALL' lattes with a single shot of espresso...... that's lame

W: no no, dude! we were talking about macchiatos - which is espresso, so it conforms to single and double shots, cuz u can get small/medium/large - lattes are double.
(I am aware lattes are espresso too, but they're not a pure, so hats off to you for the mac choice)
(always get a small tho - its the most concentrated, cheap, and healthy)
(or a tall in starbucks english)

Future Ponderings...
Getting a lot of encouragement and pressure from friends to go to school. Enjoying the drive. But not sure if this is the time given what I want to accomplish in the long run. If now isn’t the time, I wonder when is the right time. I just know, I wouldn’t feel comfortable in school with my current financial situation. Nonetheless they are confident that I should make the move....
